How do I download software?

You should have received a download link when you purchased the Ultrasound Science Kit. If not please submit a software download request by going to the Support - Software Download page.

What computer do I need?

Most portable or desktop windows or Mac computer with a USB port should work with the Ultrasound Science Kit^™ and software. Windows surface pro tablets will also work. Select Android tablets will also work. ( NOTE: iPad will NOT work at this time).

What is the warranty on the Kit?

The ultrasound science kit has a 2 year limited warranty.

I have Windows 8, while installing an error appeared, "Possible .net component missing?"

You should be able to enable .net 2.0 on Windows 8 by going to the control panel, Opening Programs and Features and then Turn Windows features on or off. When you do that you should make sure that .NET Framework 3.5 (includes .NE 2.0 and 3.0) is enabled and the box is checked/selected and click OK. That should fix your problem.
